Notarised Translations

Your documents translated between French, Hebrew and English, then certified by a notary: a translation accepted by government offices, courts and universities, in Israel and abroad.

Our lawyers and notaries work in all three languages every day. Each translation is proofread, laid out like the original and accompanied by a notarial certificate attesting to its accuracy; we can also obtain the apostille when the document is to be used in another country.

The documents we translate most often

  • Civil status records: birth, marriage and death certificates, French family record book (livret de famille), Israeli marriage certificate (Teudat Nissuin)
  • Driving licences, for exchanging a foreign licence in Israel
  • Diplomas, transcripts and school certificates
  • Judgments, court decisions and procedural documents
  • Wills, inheritance documents and notarial deeds
  • Tax and banking documents: tax assessments, statements, certificates
  • Medical records and expert reports
  • Company documents: certificates of incorporation, articles of association, minutes

How it works

  • You send us a legible copy of your documents; we send you a quote
  • Once you accept, we translate and, if needed, send you the translation for review
  • The notary signs the translation certificate; the original is handed or sent to you
  • Where required, we have the apostille affixed

Turnaround depends on the volume and complexity of the documents. If it is urgent (court filing, appointment with an authority), tell us when you make your request: we will do our best to offer a suitable timeframe.

Request a quote → Attach your documents; if it is urgent, let us know your deadline.
