II. Data collected
We only collect the data we need:
- contact form: name, e-mail address, telephone number, subject and content of your message;
- newsletter subscription: e-mail address;
- job application (Careers page): name, contact details, CV and cover letter;
- audience measurement: browsing data collected by Google Analytics (pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate country of origin).
You are under no legal obligation to provide this data. However, without the information requested in a form, we will not be able to process your request.
We recommend that you do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form before a relationship with the firm has been established.
III. Purposes and legal bases
- to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare to take on your matter (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract);
- to send you the firm’s newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link);
- to review your job application (steps taken before entering into a contract);
- to measure website traffic and improve its content (your consent to audience-measurement cookies).
IV. Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the lawyers and staff of the firm who handle your request. It is never sold or transferred. It may be processed on our behalf by:
- our hosting provider, Cloudways Ltd. (Malta);
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, for audience measurement (Google Analytics).
V. Transfers outside the European Union
The firm is established in Israel, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of personal data protection. Audience-measurement data may be transferred to the United States by Google LLC under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
VI. Retention periods
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and then, where applicable, for the period required by professional rules and applicable limitation periods. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Audience-measurement data is kept for fourteen months at most.
VII. Cookies
The website uses technical cookies required for it to work (language selection, form security) and Google Analytics audience-measurement cookies. The latter are only placed with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time from the cookie banner. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies.
VIII. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you have the following rights:
- right of access to your data;
- right to rectification and erasure;
- right to restriction of processing and right to object;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time;
- right to give instructions on the use of your data after your death (French law).

The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The version in force is the one published on this page.
