Dr. Debborah Abitbol specializes in international criminal law. She mainly focuses on extradition procedures between France and Israel. She has also noted expertise in Business Association law, Tax law and provides support to her professional and individual clients who want to set up in Israel.
Dr. Debborah Abitbol holds a PhD in International Law from the Université Paris II Pantheon-Assas, as well as a Master in Judicial Careers and a DEA in International Trade Law.

Before founding Abitbol & Associés, Dr. Debborah Abitbol worked in Paris at Clifford Chance (department of international law) and at Groupe consultant France, specializing in international taxation.

An Israeli attorney, Daniel Abitbol combines extensive real estate law expertise with specialized practice in emerging technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and immigration law. He provides comprehensive counsel to both individuals and businesses in their cross-border ventures between France and Israel.
A graduate of HEC Paris with studies at Tel Aviv University’s Leon Recanati School, he brings dual legal and management expertise to serve his clients’ needs. As Managing Partner of Abitbol & Associates, he also heads the firm’s Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) division, streamlining the delivery of legal services.
His background with international firms including Ernst & Young and SPRIM has shaped his multidisciplinary approach, combining legal acumen with deep business insights.

Mrs Vered Birger, Of Counsel
Mrs Vered Birger specializes in criminal Law and criminal Law and criminal labour and employement Law litigation in Israel. She also practices public law and aspects of litigation.
Mrs Vered Birger has been admitted to the Israeli bar since 1994.
Between 2009 and 2012, Mrs Birger also served as head of the criminal committee (Israel Bar Association).
Mrs Vered Birger is a graduate of the College “Menahel” Tel Aviv (LLB and LLM in Law) and frequently lectures on criminal issues.
Mrs Birger has founded her own law office in 2008 and has since represented notable white collar cases.

Mr. Benjamin Bonan, Of Counsel
Benjamin Bonan specializes in business law and bankruptcy law. Doing so, he intervenes on complex deals related to business criminal law and tax law, at Abitbol & Associates.
Law PhD student, under the direction of Professor F. X. Lucas (University Paris I), Benjamin Bonan works on the subject of the verification of liabilities in bankruptcy.
He graduated from the University of Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne – (Master 2 “Business and economy Law”) and the University of Paris-Dauphine (Master 2 “Company Law”).
He is a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.
From 2007 to 2013, he completed internships in several business law firms.
In 2011, Benjamin Bonan published an article entitled The TUP and inputs part of assets between tensions and reassurances, the journal of law and business. Forthcoming an article relating to The Expert’s section 1845-3 of the civil Code which he is also the author.
